In this FREE one credit-hour video course, veterinary dermatologist, Dr. Brittany Lancellotti, will share her favorite tricks for alleviating frustration and healing chronic infections. We’ll discuss Fear Free techniques for cleaning and medicating painful ears, and practice communication tools to treat client fears at the same time. We’ll also review the factors that lead to chronic infection - like atopy and conformation issues - and understand how to address each.

Brittany Lancellotti, DVM, DACVD
Brittany Lancellotti is a veterinary dermatologist at Veterinary Skin and Ear in Los Angeles, California. She graduated Western University of Health Sciences with honors, receiving numerous awards for academic excellence. She completed a rotating internship at Animal Specialty Group in Los Angeles, followed by a residency with Animal Dermatology Group in Pasadena. She is the founder and host of Your Vet Wants You to Know, an edutainment podcast designed to improve pet owner knowledge, veterinarian efficiency, and treatment outcomes. Dr. Lancellotti is a Fear Free certified professional and focuses her practice on decreasing stress in her patients, clients, and colleagues. She is an enthusiastic teacher and enjoys speaking nationally and internationally.
